QuestionIs there more than one wireless dongle or do they both use the same one?I already have a very nice wireless mouse and only need to replace my keyboard, I'm just wondering if I could use the extra mouse with my laptop while using the keyboard with my desktop.

- Answer I turned the computer off before I unplugged the keyboard and mouse that I originally had connected with wires - then I put the little connection thing sent with the keyboard and mouse in the front slot in my hard drive and then put the batteries (be sure to put those in correctly in both the mouse and keyboard) and turn on the little switch to the mouse which is on the bottom of the mouse. Now turn it all on and it worked fine for me!

- Answer The nice thing about this keyboard and mouse combo is that, even if you were to have to replace something it would be cheaper just to buy a whole new combo.

QuestionI have this mouse/keyboard and use it with my laptop. Works great except when I use the mouse to scroll it freaks out and scrolls all over the place!- I checked drivers and it says I have the latest. - I have tried changing the settings and keep getting strange results. - When I try to scroll up, it scrolls down, then up-down-up-down without me moving the roller. Any helpful ideas are appreciated!

- Answer Go into mouse settings. There should be something called Clicklock. Uncheck it
