A:AnswerProbably. I'm sure there is some way to buy in India. Either on line or in a Best Buy or similar store there. Most likely a place that sells appliances
A:AnswerThanks for your question! The 120V models can only be plugged into a 120V outlet and used within North America. Using them in another region and with an adapter will void the warranty. However, we're happy to say that we make certain models for use in other regions! Please contact our support team via the Instant Home website and we can provide details about the models available in your region.
A:AnswerIt depends on what type of beans you are cooking. Fresh green beans and Italian flat beans ( Roma beans) are great in this cooker and fine in under 10 minutes. Is you hydrate dried beans for a ham and bean soup they come out very tender since you are cooking with pressure and all the moisture is contained in the cooking container. No loss of steam means no loss of flavor.
A:AnswerHello AK. Thanks for your question! The LID error usually occurs if the stainless steel inner cooking pot is not inserted into the cooker base. Please ensure that the inner pot is secure before placing the air fryer basket into the pot. If everything is in place and you are still receiving the LID error, please reach out to our support and we will be happy to assist you.
A:AnswerI think it can be used wherever there is electricity. You may have to use an adapter to plug it in. I first found mine in Germany. It should be compatible with most of the world, especially Europe.
A:AnswerLike most modern appliances, almost everything is dual voltage to be used worldwide. I don't have mine with me now but its usually 110-240 VAC. If you have concerns check before you buy for compatibility in your area.
A:AnswerNo, you can not purchased just the lid. The reason for this is the lid requires an "additional" connection on the back of the pot that the lid plugs into (6 pin type). This provides power to the fan and heat elements that are part of the lid (why its son high). Then the pot has to have an option to select the "Air Fry" option. I used the non-air fryer for about two years and I really liked it. When I got the one with the air fryer, I really enjoyed the new design. If does everything the old model did, but now I can use it as an air fryer and it can be used to roast, bake, and dehydrate. Keep in side its size (other than the top) is the same, so it comes down to "how much" your trying to cook at one time.
A:AnswerThe same thing happened to me. They were not price matching against other vendors during Black Friday/Cyber Monday week like they typically do. However, I was fortunate in that their own price on the Best Buy website had lowered to the same as what it was that I was hoping for a price match to. They were able to refund me the difference using just my emailed receipt. Price matching is one of the things I love about Best Buy. I went into the store and they were able to do it. In past I was told over the phone I would need to go into a store for them to do the refund. If you used a credit card, there's a possibility they may be able to do it over the phone (no guarantee though).
A:AnswerOne year Limited Warranty in US and Canada (for models designed for US/Canada use). I have three of them, two with the Air Fryer and one model without. They are very well build and designed; if used correctly, I don't see anyone having any issues caused by the device. My family has been using them as well and they have not had any issues.
A:AnswerYes, very easy to open both tops. One (air fryer) lifts straight up and the pressure cooker one is a small twist after the pressure is released.
