“I just bought the intelliarmor AirPod case and I think the lid is magnetic but I didn’t see that in the product description. It would make me feel better to know it is so I have more Confidence the lid won’t pop open and I lose my AirPods.”

Howdy! The lid is not magnetic, however the AirPod lid itself is magnetic and the CarryOn case is custom molded to fit perfectly. You don't have to worry about losing your AirPods :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The lid on the case is not magnetic, however the lid to your AirPods case is. Your AirPods case is held and kept inside this case through pressure. It won’t just slide out or come loose by being held upside down or anything. You have to physically pull your AirPods case out. The tops may separate, but the case will not come out unless you pull it out. It’s a pretty secure hold.

Please try again later.Not to my knowledge I’ve been using it and it has shown no signs of popping open, it has a nice close along with the AirPods where it seems to work as one with it and won’t come open. Just depends on how aggressive you are with it I leave attached to a belt loop and where it all day every day no issues.
