You'll probably need to download a service pack for spanish language from microsoft but if you go to control panel -> Regional Language and Options -> click on advanced tab for none unicode programs, you can change it to any language listed there. You'll also want to buy a spanish keyboard to make typing easier or they can buy one down there.
