QuestionSoftwareWhen it says that this computer includes a full version of Office 2010, does that just mean it's installed but still needs to be bought? Or does it mean that one doesn't need to buy the program at all?

- Answer Excellent question! Whenever a computer is listed as having a full version of Microsoft Office that means that no additional purchase is required - everything is pre-installed onto the computer. If a computer is listed as having a trial version, however, that means that you would need to purchase a product key or retail copy of the program after the trial period has expired. In most cases, this trial period is between 60 and 90 days.

- Answer if you're talking about the hp pavilion dv5, yes this keyboard is backlit...you should be able to turn on the light by pressing the button in the top right of the keyboard (left of the delete key)

QuestionThe computer we are looking at has Windows 7 pre-installed. If I order online, can I upgrade to Windows XP?

- Answer If it's Win 7 premium then that is the upgrade to win xp. If it's pre as in the beta for Win 7 then you'll find that it's limited to what it can do compared to the full premium or pro versions. Win xp might be tough to get at this point. A while back microsoft stopped distributing xp for new computers and stores were allowed to sell off the copies they had and computers that came with it until they were all gone.

- Answer You'll probably need to download a service pack for spanish language from microsoft but if you go to control panel -> Regional Language and Options -> click on advanced tab for none unicode programs, you can change it to any language listed there. You'll also want to buy a spanish keyboard to make typing easier or they can buy one down there.
