My brief experience using the wireless HDMI product was no noticeable delays occurred between the audio and video signals.

After calling IOGEAR technical support, they recommended exchanging the unit, which I did. The second pair worked for only one day. The problem is with the receiver. The transmitter is always sending out the signal, but the receiver eventually fails to pick it up. I finally returned the second unit for a refund. I am now going to run an HDMI cable from my PC to my TV. Hope you have better luck!
