QuestionHow do I hook this karaoke to Samsung smart tv optical cable?

- Answer This speaker does not have an optical input. But any analog output on the back of the television should allow you to run a cable into the Aux input, I would suspect there is a red and white rca output on the TV somewhere, that would probably be best. This speaker also has a 1/4" audio input, as well as a 1/8". Note: Do not plug the tv into the Mic input as it could cause damage to internal components.

- Answer This product has 1 mic input and an Aux input. You could connect more mics to it by using a tabletop mixer connected to the aux input. The mic it comes with is not wireless.

QuestionI purchased this ION Power Glow 300 in April and have only used it about 5 times and now it does not turn on, and it doesn’t even charge when I plug it up. It’s completely out, no lights turn on even when it’s plugged in. What should I do?

QuestionInstead of using the Link option. Can you connect the 2 speakers with a cable? that way they can be father apart without the Link being broken or to far away?

- Answer Yes use a 1/4 audio cable, connect one end to main speaker mix out , to other speaker mix in, put second speaker in auxiliary mode

QuestionHow can I find the fuse that goes under the plug that connects to the outlet?

- Answer Hello! This fuse is located underneath the panel where the IEC input is located on the back of the unit. This is a very common fuse that can be found at local hardware or electronics stores, and is not individually stocked by ION Audio for replacement.
