“Does this only charge by the solar panel or can you also charge it by plugging it in to an outlet ?”

• It has an outlet as well . It will take 6 to 8 hrs by plugging it in or 40 hrs by solar. Suggested plug in overnight for first charge then only when needed. I have only charged mine twice so far and it gets used alot.
