- Answer Hi, I'll be glad to assist! The Microphone Volume for the Ion Sport Go is controlled by both the Master volume and Microphone volume knobs. Please make sure you have the Master Volume up as well as the Microphone Volume.

- Answer This particular one. I good for a smaller crowd, of about 50 people of less. They do have a larger version that may suit your needs a little better.

- Answer The sound is really good and will get really loud before it starts distortion. Bass is pretty good too. Sound is a lot better if it on Bluetooth than the radio. Radio reception isn’t very good unless radio station is close!

- Answer The Ion Sport Go Portable PA Speaker is definitely not waterproof in any way shape or fashion. The case is water resistant, hence a small splash from a spilled cup is tolerable. Never leave it exposed to rain, or sitting in water.
