QuestionI just had this installed and the Bluetooth works, but can't get anything to run off auxiliary. Any ideas? Would like to see if I can trouble shoot this instead of having to go all the way back to Best Buy.

- Answer The 3.5 mm jack is an audio output, not for aux in to the unit. IF you have a Bluetooth Isimple it will only get audio from Bluetooth.

- Answer The ISFM2351 cannot be used with the factory steering wheel answer call button. It has a separate button that can be used to answer the call (among additional functions like end call, next track when music streaming, etc.).

QuestionI have a Tranzlt ISFM2351 installed in my 2003 Lexus SC430. It works okay, but in order to use it I have to turn the radio’s volume very high. My iPhone's volume is turn all the way up. Can the unit's volume be adjusted?

- Answer This was installed in a 2006 Honda Accord that my 20 year old drives. He wanted to be able to connect via bluetooth and the service man in Kingston, Best Buy suggested this device as an alternative to spending more money. It works great and he doesn't have an issue with the volume. He has an Iphone 6S.

- Answer Szair, the ISFM2351 will work for your application with the addition of antenna adapters for adaptation into your OEM antenna and radio.

- Answer Yes, my installation was only $24.99 as I had all the fittings from the install of the IS77 already in place. It was basically Plug-n-Play.
