QuestionHello. Does this need to be hard-wired to the car -OR- is it just "plug and play"/portable? One of the reviewers said they hardwired it. Thank you

- Answer It is just plug in and then choose how you want to connect to your car. Either via bluetooth if your radio has that feature or into the aux with the attached cord or via your FM channels on your radio. It will also work with Alexa if your phone allows. I have an iphone 6S and it doesn't support it but you have Siri that does the same thing.

QuestionWhy can't I connect Alexa it won't play any songs from Alexa or or maps if I tell Alexa to tell me the joke of the day it will but that's about it why ,it won'twork as a regular Alexa device. It keeps telling me that the device is not compatible

- Answer I’m having the exact same problem, there’s no app in the iOS App Store to help with configuration As advertised . And Alexa app won’t recognize device , nothing on the internet for guidance

- Answer It’s blue tooth but I didn’t really like sometime it’s static I think cause of the aux part not being connected. I recommend you look at something else without an aux cord
