I’m having the exact same problem, there’s no app in the iOS App Store to help with configuration As advertised . And Alexa app won’t recognize device , nothing on the internet for guidance

Please make sure your app is the latest version on your device. Do this by checking the app on your specific devices store. Also for some features, you’ll have to go into the skills portion of the Alexa app and verify that the skill has been enabled.
