- Answer You can run two monitors on it all you will have to do is install the software for the device and play with the monitor settings on your PC. I have it set up like what your talking about on my lenovo y50 laptop right now.

- Answer This should work. That is the problem that I was having. My set up would not allow me to run different programs for viewing. This did the trick. Just make sure that you plug the monitors into separate ports. It has to be separate ports.

- Answer The JUA365 is not compatible with Chrome OS. Unfortunately at this time we do not have a adapter compatible with chrome OS that will provide 2 displays from one port.

- Answer Unfortunately that configuration will not work. The JUA365 can only be used as an output device to provide additional displays for a computer that runs MacOS or Windows.

QuestionDo you need to download any software for this or can you simply plug the HDMI cords into the adapter and it should be able to extend displays? This is for work an would prefer not having to download anything additionally.
