QuestionThe specs say that this supports 11 monitors. How would that work? I only see three or four connectors that support monitors.

- Answer If the Surface Laptop 4 or Pro 4 has a USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 2 port and supports DisplayPort Alt. Mode for video output and Power Delivery for pass-through charge, then the Mini Dock will work. Please contact Microsoft Support to have them verify those features. Thank you.

- Answer Because the JCD386 requires DP alt-mode capability on your USB-C port and your computer does not , this mini dock will not fully function for you. Instead, we recommend the JCD381.
