A: USB 3.1 provides up to 5 Gbps transfer rate.
Q: Will this work with a Surface 4?
A: If the Surface Laptop 4 or Pro 4 has a USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 2 port and supports DisplayPort Alt. Mode for video output and Power Delivery for pass-through charge, then the Mini Dock will work. Please contact Microsoft Support to have them verify those features. Thank you.
Q: Is this compatible with a Dell Inspiron FHD+ laptop?
A: Because the JCD386 requires DP alt-mode capability on your USB-C port and your computer does not , this mini dock will not fully function for you. Instead, we recommend the JCD381.
Q: Is this product compatible with an HP Book Firefly 15 G7?
A: Yes, the JCD386 will work for your HP.
Q: Can this use for Samsung Galaxy tab S5e?
A: The JCD367 Can be used with any device that has a USB type C port that supports Displayport Alternate mode.
