“Can you charge these using a computer USB port? My PC sees it as a USB device then does not charge, regardless of the port attached to. Using supplied cable and USB 2 or 3 ports. Using a cell phone charger does as expected.”

• I would say it would depend on your computer or laptop. Some USB ports use minimal voltage for items like USB Wireless dongles, network support, etc. I have seen some devices not able to charge phones but able to connect keyboards and mice.
