As long as your PC has bluetooth connection built-in, I have no problem so far.

Another option, which I prefer, is a transmitter plugged into the audio out of my PC so that I have the freedom to move my audio source to something else occasionally and also to add apt-x support (low latency).

Jabra Elite supports 2 simultaneous connections, I have it connected to my phone and PC, works seamlessly between the two. Can also connect to phone and car audio Bluetooth simultaneously Incase you want to answer or make calls in car.
