I have the same TV but series 6 and I am using Jabra - Elite 65t True Wireless Earbud Headphones - Titanium Black, which I like. I am not using any receiver. I tried Bose SoundSport but I got a significant delay. Someone at the store compared Jabra with Bose for his phone and he said Jabra has better sound quality. I only tried it with TV.

With Bluetooth 5.0 it can pair with other devices that have Bluetooth2.0 or higher. They are optimized to use with smartphones, but are expected to pair as simple audio receivers for other devices.
