• Yes, if your tv has bluetooth connectivity, you should be able to. Otherwise, you just need a bluetooth transmitter.

• Yes they should. I use mine with my Amazon Fire Stick and they work just fine. I have the latest version of First Stick with Bluetooth 5.0. So that may make a difference.
