A:Answer You can not really hear anything else out of the ear you have it in. That being said, it only goes in one ear so you can still hear outside noise with the other ear. In terms of comfort that has been my issue, I feel like it fits tightly in yoru ear which is good when in use, but when you take it out I noticed it hurt a little, like in ear headphones that are a little big for my ear canal. It seems like it could be shaped more ergonomically.
