“When to charge it? Do I charge it before wearing? If so for how long?”

• I charged before 1st use but it only took 1hr and lasted 6.5 to 7days before needing another charge. When you open the phone app and sync the device to the app, you will see a red "low battery" sign as the indicator that charge is needed

• Yes, you must charge it before wearing it. Probably two hours would be best. It actually tells you when the charge is completed. Three different lights blink while it is charging and then one red one stays on when it is charged. There is a red icon (in the upper right corner of your display) which comes on when it needs charging. I charge mine about every five days.

• Yes you charge it before you wear it, it takes about 45 minutes to completely charge. It lasts seven day.
