- Answer Without taking a tape measure to it I would estimate each dumbell/rack to be about 15 inches long and 8 inches wide.

- Answer I am having the same exact problem. I did all the troubleshooting. Even tried switching the handles and bases. One works perfectly fine and one doesn't work at all. Reached out to JaxJox. It took them over 2 weeks to respond and all they did was refer to warranty coverage, which from reading these Q&As apparently does not help if purchased at Best Buy. For the person who manually fixed, do you recall how you did that? Extremely frustrating.

Questionsince so many digital products that we own eventually run into problems because of the electronics, is there a way to manually change the weights should that occur? And secondly since heavier weights get dropped a little harder how durable is this?
