A:AnswerHave you updated the firmware on the soundbar/sub? I didn’t have to and it works great but I have read other reviews that had center channel issues before they updated
A:AnswerThe only light on the subwoofer is on the back where it can't be seen from front of unit...you might not have it close enough to soundbar,I've got mine on the floor next to TV stand and not have had any problems with pairing. You can also adjust the volume of subwoofer...it may not be turned up enough.
A:AnswerYour TV is defaulting to this input most likely based on the signal going through the HDMI line. If the soundbar is all you're using for audio, you'd be better off taking the optical output from your TV to feed the soundbar
A:AnswerHi, Please make sure that your TV's digital output setting isn't set to PCM, it either needs to be on Bitstream or Dolby. If the issue still persists please let us know and we'll be more than happy to help.

A:AnswerThis system doesn't support an additional subwoofer. It's designed as an all in one solution. If you're looking for a soundbar solution, the sub that comes with this package seems competent. If you're in the market for two subs, you're probably not shopping in the soundbar area. Consider a 5 plus channel approach.
A:AnswerI believe the reason is that pcm is lossless and coming in on stereo where as dolby's audio might be coming in at 5.1 . My work around that is crank up the volume...and you'll still have a loud loud system.

A:AnswerWhen I first set up my Soundbar, the audio and the lip movement of the speaker was off. I used the sinc feature and was able to get the sound and movements together. Don't know if it does anything else, but that is what it did for me.
A:AnswerWe have our TV connected HDMI to the soundbar and control the volume exclusively with our JBL remote. I'm guessing you'd change the channel using your cable box or dish controller.
