QuestionWhen I connect my phone to the soundbar, my LG tv switches to its internal speakers...this is so frustrating. I have the soundshift turned on the soundbar. Any suggestions to keep the tv from doing this?

- Answer I believe by turning soundshift off should prevent the issue from occurring.

QuestionHello, I bought 5 month ago the Jbl 3.1 sound bar and connected it to my LG tv UJ620y via arc port to both of them,two weeks ago the sound stooped,I put the Optic port it work some time and stop also,only the Bluetooth works. what can I do????

- Answer The JBL Xtreme 2 only supports the commonly used codec SBC and doesn't support APTX.

QuestionI have an issue when connecting my Nintendo Switch to one of the soundbars Hdmi inputs. I am getting a deformed picture (red spots/lines). I have had the Switch connected directly to my TV with no issues. I have tried different ports/cabels with no luck.

QuestionHow can I get the 3-1 to remeber the last settings. I always use HDMI3 and music settings and I have to select this everytime I turn it on. This is anoying. How can I set this as default so that I only have to change it when I want something else?
