The rear speakers can be used while charging, and if the battery charge drops below a certain point, the unit will automatically recharge the battery while in use. Also, if you wish to use the rear speakers while charging via USB, once you turn on the soundbar, you may need to manually power on the rear speakers.

Q: QuestionIs it true that the rear speakers can’t run off a direct USB C power source (not their battery) when detached & in use from the main bar? Meaning, the rear speakers ONLY work off their battery & can’t use USB C power to work if their battery is “dead”?

• A:Answer Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, that is correct. When it's connected to the charging cable the battery is constantly charging and not charging when it's full, but it never runs off of the direct charging power.

• A:Answer Thanks for your question. Our JBL Bar 1300 Mk2 includes power cords for both the main bar and the subwoofer, as both units must be plugged into an outlet to operate. The USB-C cables for the detachable surround speakers are not included in the box. However, you can charge them using any standard USB-C cable. Once fully charged, the detachable speakers provide up to 10 hours of playtime.

• A:Answer Thanks for your question. Our JBL Bar 1300MK2 has a total output power of 1570 watts. This includes 950 watts for the main bar, 160 watts for each surround speakers (2x), and 300 watts for the subwoofer.

• A:Answer Thanks for your question. Our JBL Bar 1300MK2 is not fully wireless, the subwoofer and detachable surround speakers connect wirelessly to the soundbar, but the main bar still requires a power cord and an HDMI (ARC/eARC) cable to connect to the TV, with optical or extra HDMI cables being optional depending on your setup. It also features Bluetooth for wireless connection, but we ideally recommend using an HDMI (ARC/eARC) connection to your TV to ensure the best Dolby Atmos experience.

Q: QuestionThe BestBuy website/app shows the soundbar package with the dual facing 8" subwoofers. Most U.S. listings of this soundbar include the 12" subwoofer. Is this unit the one with the 12" subwoofer or dual 8" subwoofers?

• A:Answer My understanding is the 1300MK2 gets the dual 8'' and the 1300X MK2 gets the single 12''. Seems the dual 8'' is going to rest of the world and the single 12'' is for the USA. Not sure if USA will get the dual 8'' and not sure which one will sound better.
