“Hello, I just received my SB250 yesterday and have had no issues setting up the sound bar to the TV, volume is great! My issue is connecting the subwoofer to the sounbar. Nothing seems to work it just keeps blinking and turning off Please Help”

• Had same problem. Factory reset fixed it. Hold vol+ and surround button at same time, for about 5 sec. Then try pairing again.

• my subwoofer wont pair to my sound bar even with the bluetooth on and with customer service trying to help while on the phone with them ,they also couid not get it to pair.

• You need to turn on Bluetooth button.
