“The wireless connection between the soundbar and the subwoofer keeps stopping/dropping out. The blue light at the back of both goes out. They are positioned about 1metre apart. Help?”

Mine keeps dropping off as well and it is irritating makes me want to return it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had the same problem , it seems sometimes it's the channel I'm on , otherwise I just unplug and reset..Possible Russian collusion..;-)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was doing the same thing, and the sound was dropping off as well. The only thing I could figure out was that I used an old optical cord I had rather than buy a new one. I swapped in a new one and my problems have been fixed (so far).
