“i purchased these on Aug 3. The other day they lost charge and charged them up like always but now they will not turn on. Is there a reset button or something that may get them to work again? It is showing it is charging when they are plugged in.”

• I had similar issues and found the only way to reset mine was to plug them in. The control buttons would not respond.

• There's no reset, however, it helps to have the REFLECT MINI BT on in order to hear the audible voice stating it's powering on. Try again with a long, firm press on the power button for 3 seconds. If this doesn't help, I would recommend returning it to the store where you purchased it for an exchange.
