• At the moment, only the Moto Z Family of phones (Moto Z Force Droid, Moto Z, Moto Z Droid, Moto Z Play, and Moto Z Play Droid) are compatible with the SOUNDBOOST. So no, the SOUNDBOOST will not work with the Moto G4 Plus.

• no it will only work with the moto z, the phone must be able to use the moto mods
