• I leave it on charge with 220v and I use it as a power bank for charging my phone daily after less than year the battery was damaged

• You sound be able to plug it in and charge it, it will shut off on its own when there device if fully charged. I have 2 different colors of the speaker and they both charge like this.

• Chibby01, no. Leaving the JBL Extreme plugged into an AC 110 volt outlet for an extended period of time will not damage it. I generally leave mine plugged in all the time, except when I take it out, away from home.
