• They do have volume control. Pressing the right earbud for one second with raise the volume, and the left will lower the volume.

• Yes, they allow you to Pause/Play/Skip tracks forward or backward/adjust volume. They are touch sensitive controls and they don't always register 100% but they get the job done. Check out my review if you want a more detailed review.

• Yes, left ear single tap-volume down, right ear single tap-volume up. Play/pause double tap left ear and there are other functions as well for answering or rejecting phone calls and tracking forward and back on a song. Very easy once you get the hang of it!
