QuestionCan you use just one headphone? If so, do you have to use a specific side if you are using only 1? I prefer to bike and run with only one bud in my ear to hear outside stuff.

QuestionHow is the audio/video sync? With the original Epic Air, watching a video was annoying b/c the audio couldn't sync with the video. JLabs tech support blamed it on the limits of the Bluetooth version.

- Answer I have not experienced any lag on Netflix, Vudu or YouTube. I didn’t own the originals but am guessing the upgraded Bluetooth corrected the issue you mentioned.

QuestionCan you sink the eairbud separate to use it one side at the time, can be the right side or left side

- Answer Hey JD, You may indeed use them separately from one and other. All you need to do is put them back in the case, remove the jlab listing from your Bluetooth device menu. Next, remove just the left from the case and put it into a pairing mode. Select the jlab listing in your Bluetooth menu and your set. Please note that when you remove the right one, it will automatically resume its role as the dominant bud. - Answer They do have volume control. Pressing the right earbud for one second with raise the volume, and the left will lower the volume.

Questionif my case and buds are charged, can i leave the case at home for the day and just carry the buds to use in the late afternoon at the gym? the case is heavy and i'm trying to pack light for commuting from home to work to gym to home.

- Answer Yes, if buds are charged up , leave case at home as they operate independently from case, it is only for charging the buds.

QuestionFor some reason I can not get both earbuds to sink together only right one works I've tried everything and I'm finally giving up.. does anyone no how to sink them back up together please????? Thanks for all that can help

- Answer Try putting both back in charger case then pull left out first and put on ear before placing right bud on ear. Not messing with you really, that happened to Me. Always place left first.

- Answer Have them both placed back inside, once taken out try to make sure they are connected to device. Oncw done they should pair. If not then they are defective and you need to return them

- Answer Well, I'm speaking for the JLab Epic Elite Airbuds, if these are what you are questioning? If so, I get instructions through both earbuds. What I do, is use one bud at night, while everone is asleep, and when it give me the "battery low" warning, I plug it back up then grab the other one. It says "connected" and every other instruction, too. So… for a fact... They both say what is needed to inform me! Sorry, if yours aren't working the same & I wish I could be of better help & not sounding like I'm boasting here! Sync them seperately! Like I said, I use them one at a time… not often… but maybe 1 or 2 times a week. FIRST DISCONNECT & REMOVE THE EARBUD FROM YOUR DEVICE COMPLETELY! THEN - Grab just one earbud, leaving the other in the case. Double click the inner button 2 times REALLY FAST, so that it flashes white really fast on the earbud. This is SYNC MODE. Find it on your device & pair it back up. ONCE IT HAS PAIRED, simply put it in the case, so that it automatically powers off. Don't worry… your device will save it. Now, grab the other earbud & double click the inner button fast, so that you get a quick flashing white light on that earbud. Find it on your device & pair it up. Now you have both buds synced seperately. I HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU!

- Answer Not long… I've never really timed it, but I've picked them back up 45min, or so later & they said "power… full", so? This is an estimate, mind you… Anyway… this might be helpful?

- Answer Forward = Long-press (3 sec… sometimes just a tad longer) the right bud till it chages. Backward = Long-press the left bud till it changes.

QuestionHas anyone used these while cycling? I recently returned the Bose wireless because it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel unless I covered them with something (among other reasons). I'm just curious how these do in that regard.
