LOG ONTO THE JLAB WEBSITE, YOU'LL NEED YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE SO HAVE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT HANDY. REPORT FOR WARRANTY REPAIR, THEY'LL ISSUE YOU AN RMA CASE # AND AN EMAIL OF INSTRUCTIONS. SEND IN THE HEADPHONES AND CASE ONLY ALONG WITH A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE PACKAGED AS INSTRUCTED. THEY'LL SEND YOU CONFIRMATION THAT THEY RECEIVED AND WHEN THEY SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK IT WILL BE TRACKABLE.
