A:Answer I use cicso finesse for my job, used to use jabber,it works fine but there is no way to place the call on hold if you need that feature. I've muted then disconnected,picked up my receiver by hand to be able to transfer the call. A bit of a pain if you do a bunch of holding and transfering.
