A:AnswerIt really depends, I have noticed sometimes it cancels out all other sounds and sometimes it amplifies outside sounds by using the microphone. I haven't found out if it's a controllable feature or a bug yet.

A:AnswerYou should be able to hold both earbuds down for around 10-15 seconds to manually restart them. If that doesn't help then you probably need to start thinking of getting another pair of earbuds.
