can this device fit a 2000 yukon gmc null

The 2000 Yukon GMC does have a double din opening that the JVC stereo should fit. The question is the depth that is required to fully seat the unit. Most double din dashes will accommodate up to a 7" wide stereo (this one is 6.2"), however, there is no way to tell how much room there is beyond the surface of the dash without a shop manual.
