A:AnswerI honestly do not feel that that is possible because they are too big for the average person's ear. You should not need a manual on how to insert earbuds correctly or comfortably. They may just be too big for your ears as well. That is why I returned mines.

A:AnswerNo suggestions. I have had three sets that did the same thing. I purchased two at one time - one for work and one for home and one stopped turning on within a few weeks. I thought I had overcharged it and bought a third set. As of today, I have none are working. Very disappointed as I really liked them.
A:AnswerHave your device open to the bluetooth connection menu. on the headphones, push and hold the middle power button through the light turning blue and then blinking blue and red, then let go of the button and click the JVC item in your device to connect to it.
A:AnswerThe way i turn mine on is push and hold the power button through the blue light and when it starts blinking blue and red, it's trying to connect, so at that point i let go of the button and click connect on my phone and it connects. Pushing until the red light goes on for a second and then off is shutting it down.

Here I go... I opened the side where the charging port is I came to find out the black cable got lose so I went ahead and re attached it
PROBLEM SOLVED
Please note: you will need a soldering took with a fine point to b able to weld it back on also some patience and don’t throw your headphones away
