QuestionMy earbuds used to hold a charge great, but I charged them last night and they are now dying. I plug them into my portable charger (it worked before), but the red light shows up for only 5 seconds and then nothing. I check, and they are still dying. Help?

- Answer My first thought would be to try a different charging cable, if that has the same result then I would guess the battery is finished taking a recharge and gave up the ghost. It may be time to browse the site a bit...

QuestionI used my gummys for some time now and they worked excellent. But now ive got a new phone and i would like to pair them with the new phone. I unpaired with my old phone and now either phone can detect them. Is there something im not doing right?

- Answer When u turn it on, hold the power button for about 7seconds the light will change between blue and red intermittently, check the device on your laptop you will see it visible. If passcode is requested type 0000. You are good to go!

- Answer Hold middle button for at least 10" (till red light goes off) Then do the same until blue light comes on...then pair

- Answer I honestly do not feel that that is possible because they are too big for the average person's ear. You should not need a manual on how to insert earbuds correctly or comfortably. They may just be too big for your ears as well. That is why I returned mines. I hope this helps!

- Answer No suggestions. I have had three sets that did the same thing. I purchased two at one time - one for work and one for home and one stopped turning on within a few weeks. I thought I had overcharged it and bought a third set. As of today, I have none are working. Very disappointed as I really liked them.

- Answer Have your device open to the bluetooth connection menu. on the headphones, push and hold the middle power button through the light turning blue and then blinking blue and red, then let go of the button and click the JVC item in your device to connect to it.

- Answer The way i turn mine on is push and hold the power button through the blue light and when it starts blinking blue and red, it's trying to connect, so at that point i let go of the button and click connect on my phone and it connects. Pushing until the red light goes on for a second and then off is shutting it down.

- Answer My son has the Ekids headphones on Christmas 2019 It is now mid April 2020 and the headphones will not pair any more when I plug it to charge the red light blinks rapidly no charging no pairing no nothing Here I go... I opened the side where the charging port is I came to find out the black cable got lose so I went ahead and re attached it PROBLEM SOLVED Please note: you will need a soldering took with a fine point to b able to weld it back on also some patience and don’t throw your headphones away
