• I didn't think they sounded that good and the person I called said I sounded very static-y.

• The sound quality is what you would get from your standard one ear ( left ear) bluetooth. And no on the button issue. The buttons are placed nicely.

• The quality of sound is really good and no it really doesn't hurt your ears I took a few phone calls including the phone interview for new job and they heard me perfectly. I wouldn't recommend being outside or near an air vent though.

• No, the buttons don't hurt your ears when you push them. They are buttons but you don't have to press hard and their location means you're not pushing the earphones into your ears. - I own it.

• Nancy, Thank you for asking. The sound quality is spectaular for inner ear sport headphones. As far as comfort while puching the buttons, I have never hear anyone mention any pain while interacting with the buttons on the headphones, but everyone is different.
