• No idea we do not use those speakers. We like to be able to hear things that we are supposed to hear so therefore we use the cars speakers only.

• It should. Have this installed on a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado and works with factory speakers and have aftermarket subs under rear seat and works fine for me.
