just realized after wearing these a couple times that one side of the cord is long than the other??? Usually both earbud cord length are identical...is there any reason for this? Or did get a defective pair with uneven cord length? null

i believe since they are meant to be worn with the cord behind your neck and/or under your hair that is why they are designed that way..though i thought it funny in the beginning i have gotten used to it very quickly.

I believe that's the way the ear buds were designed to reduce wire bounce. That's what I remember reading on the instructions included in/on the package.

I found this to work well when I put short side in first then ran longer side behind my neck to other ear. Seemed to distribute the weight of the cord better and didn’t pull the earbuds out when moving around.

The longer one is supposed to hang behind your kneck and be worn on the oposit ear thsts why its longer to go behind your head not in front.

Not defective, it's design that way. It's meant to be worn with your device on your left side. Keeps it from getting to tangled.
