A:AnswerI would assume as long as that TV is not over 55 inches. It has plenty of mounting holes to choose from. I'm not sure what the back of your TV looks like but i would think you could go to their web site and double check.
A:AnswerI guess you could mount it to the ceiling. As far as flush, it sticks out 2-3 inches from the wall, or ceiling but the tilt is only maybe 25 to 30 degrees. I'm not sure that would be enough for a ceiling mount. I also don't see why it couldn't be used outside it feels like it's powder coated and should withstand the weather.
