QuestionTV compatibilityIs the mount compatible for a Sharp 60" (60TQ15U) mounted in a corner?

- Answer Your Sharp TV is compatible with the PDX650 but dual stud mounts don't work that great in this type of situation since the wall plate doesn't get very close to the corner. I'd suggest the M300 or PS350 as you can get the articulating arm closer to the corner. Contact us directly using the support button on our site if you need additional clarification, thanks.

QuestionIs this compatible with a Sony XBR75X850C?Its a Sony 75". We've only ever had Samsungs, so I am not familiar with the Sony mount technology. The TV will have to be shipped to us and we want to order a wall mount.

- Answer Pat, The XBR-75X850C weighs about 80 lbs has a VESA pattern (bolt pattern) of 400x300. Our PDX650 can hold up to 125 lbs and will accept a 400x300 pattern with no issue. QuestionWill it be able to be install this over a brick fireplace that has been covered with tongue & groove panelling? I have no idea how the previous owner attached the paneling.

- Answer Xraynancy, In our manuals we state that our mounts have to be installed directly into the brick which means you'd likely have to remove the tongue and groove paneling to safely hang your TV. If you'd like to install on top of the paneling you'd have to determine a safe way to do so and you'd need different hardware than what we provide. - Answer boss hogg, The amount you can slide your TV is dependent on the VESA spacing (bolt pattern) on the back of your TV. If you're TV has the common 400x400 spacing you'll be able to offset you're TV 4" left or right from the center. - Answer in a corner no, close to the corner yes... unit will tilt and extend to give the look that it in the corner, you will be able to put it on a 45 degree angle in that corner.
