  • QuestionCan the tv wall mount be installed on plaster walls? Can best buy install the wall mount, if so what is the cost for the install?

    • Answer KKM, Kanto here, we can only recommend the installation methods found in our manual. We only give instructions and hardware for wood stud walls and concrete walls. You may have to contact Best Buy directly to get an answer to the second part of your question. Taking into consideration the weight of the mount, the weight of your TV, and how far this mount can extend you may be better off adding wood studs / blocking into your wall as plaster is not a structurally adequate substrate.     • Answer The PDX680 has a wall plate that can accommodate 24" stud spacing. The PDX650's wall plate can accommodate 18" spacing at the most.
