A:AnswerIt could for a smaller TV but would not work for a larger (55”) TV since e the extension arm would not be long enough. I found that a ceiling mounted arm works best for larger TVs in a corner. You have to do the measurements to know for sure.

A:AnswerAs per the User's Manual, it pivots upward 2 degrees and downward 10 degrees. Also, it swings 135 degrees from left to right. I am very pleased with its operation.
