Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Generally the license is activated at the same time of purchase. Perhaps it's already expired past the time allowed for the free software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good luck ! I bought a Surface Pro 4 8 months ago and was given what I thought was 1 year Kaspersky. I installed it within the past few months and now it is EXPIRED! So I call the phone number inside the Kaspersky box for Geek Squad and I'm told that it was only a six-month trial, yet my order says ONE-YEAR. Further, I'm told that the pricing on the box, which turns out to have the Best Buy Geek Squad contact number in it, that the pricing on the box is Kaspersky and not Best Buy. Very confusing and Best Buy is an hour away, I guess I'll just forget about Best Buy and Kaspersky also.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure but the Geek Squad may be able to help
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The code does have an expiration the time starts on the subscription when it is activated in store so chances are it's expired.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its only good for one year when you get it. They activated at purchase. Call them and ask.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry, I cannot answer your question about the expired code to install the Kaspersky program. I would think that you could use it but may need to ask the retailer where you bought your computer (Best Buy?) or Kaspersky directly for assistance. They should hook you up just to maintain public relations if nothing else. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
