A:AnswerI guess nobody at Best Buy, or Kenwood reads or cares about answering these questions. I asked this in December, and posed the exact same question to Kenwood USA customer support. Neither has responded. I am dumbfounded.
A:AnswerYes.. it should. I have a 2016 Police Electra and it fit inside the fairing with no issues. It should fit on top of a metal bracket/shelf just above your radio or glovebox depending on what model you have. Hope that helps..
A:AnswerDepending on installation, it could easily outperform the alpine. I am an alpine fan, but the kenwood amp is rich with features and am sure you won't be disappointed. It powers 4 5-1/4' and two 6.5' with ease and little distortion. I use it on my harley and it easily keeps the volume above my loud pipes and wind noise.
A:AnswerThe amp is meant to connect 4 speakers not a subwoofer to it. It would be best to get an amplifier that is meant for a subwoofer to provide the best audio to it.
A:AnswerTo properly help you troubleshoot please call Kenwood directly. They have over the phone support and will help you with troubleshooting the problem.
A:AnswerI would keep the current Amp and use it in conjunction with another 2 or 4 channel Amp. That way, all you have to do is run the power wires and disconnect the speaker wires from the Kenwood and connect them to the new Amp. I am assuming you need to stay with a Bluetooth Amp.
A:AnswerThe warranty on the amplifier is 1yr. Just make sure to keep a copy of the sales receipt as Kenwood requires the receipt to validate the warranty.
A:AnswerNo, I mean you will be able to hear your music play but it does not put out enough power to run six individual speakers with any volume. They would start clipping right away. I use it to run four Polk Audio 6 x 9‘s on my Harley. It cranks plenty loud but it has it’s limits.
A:AnswerI do apologize but to get information on installation fees or rates please call our Best Buy installation team directly. They will provide this information over the phone or in person.
