QuestionI purchased and had installed my radio (DDX9703S) via Geek Squad. I cannot get the bluetooth to pair with my iphone. Is there a setting I'm missing? It pairs fine in carplay but will not pair in non-carplay.

- Answer It might be the iPhone. The latest iOS version has bluetooth issues. I bought an AT&T cordless phone system at Bestbuy that allows 2 cellphones to connect to via bluetooth. My Android phone works fine with it but my wife's iPhone 6 gets it's bluetooth disconnected soon as a call comes in. To troubleshoot I paired my company's iPhone 5S to the handset and had the very same issue. AT&T tech said it was an issue with iOS bluetooth, not their phone. I suggest trying a different phone, Android if possible just for trouble shooting purposes.

QuestionWill this a comdate input for a back up camera and display it on the screen? I have an older pioneer that needs replaced and has the capability to change Channels for 4 different AV inputs for more than 1 camera.

- Answer Yes it will, and if you wire it in correctly, it will even automatically turn on the camera when you are in reverse and then turn off the camera when you switch to Drive.

- Answer As long as there is an aftermarket install kit for your vehicle(the case for almost all vehicles) I don't see why not. Especially If you have it professionally installed.

- Answer Double check the year of your vehicle. the XG350 didn't exist until model year 2002. 2001 XG300 yes with a bit of custom work as it is an oversized DDIN factory radio. and for 2002 GM350 yes a DDIN like this radio would fit. contact your local best buy for pricing and install time.

- Answer You can connect Apple devices via an optional cable or Bluetooth. Only one device can be used with the stereo at a time, but it will allow switching between to two devices connected via Bluetooth without having to repair. Check the software version of your devices to insure proper compatibility.

- Answer Same as all the rest of them right through the microphone and it's actually pretty good unless you have apple then it's got Siri but yes to Amazon and Spotify both built in

- Answer Yah, it should no problem. But you will probably need to get a frame for it. The SE comes with a double DIN already i believe so i would just make sure that it doesn't have your ac and such attached.

- Answer When I had mine installed in 2004 H2 ... Aaron (BB Installer) was able to integrate with my steering wheel controls, no problem. Your vehicle is much newer than mine so I bet it won't be a problem. ~*~ Great system ... highly recommend! ~*~

- Answer Yes, this radio will fit in your 2004 Highlander. you will need to know if your vehicle has the Toyota installed JBL audio system or not as that changes the harness behind the dash. It will not work so well in the Highlander that has Toyota installed navigation because there isn't a dash kit available to replace that piece. Contact your local Best Buy about getting it installed.

- Answer I have had 2 android phones connected to system and both are paired at the same time. When a call is received on either phone it will come up on the screen
