A radio can be installed in any vehicle, The problem you're going to have is finding a radio adapter to fit in the old radios place they might not make them for your 67 Buick. Which if you're handy with tools you can make a Custom bracket which will fit for your radio and You might need them for your speakers as well . Then you will have to make sure your fuses can hold the voltage that the radio is putting out you might have to update your fuse box. Ok. Good luck.
