A:Answer You should be fine, just make sure your subwoofers are wired correctly for the amp you have to make sure your not running to low of an ohm load on your amp or it may heat up the amp and go into protect mode
I have 2 kenwood road series single 4 ohm voice coil subwoofers connected to my Infinity Kappa 1000 watt class-D mono block amp which is stable at 2ohms and has.been tested at over 1200 true watts and works just fine. Just be sure to adjust your 1000 watt amp gain control to a lower level so you dont over power the subwoofers. These subwoofers are 250 watt RMS power handling, this is normally what you go by when picking the right amp. Due not go by any subwoofers peak power handling, that power rating is for very very short bursts during a bass heavy song. I assure you if you continue to use the peak power rating of these or most any speakers you will destroy them quickly. You having a more powerful amp is fine and actually it wont need to work hard to power these Kenwood subwoofers to there max. Be sure to use atleast 4awg power cable kit with the proper fuse no further then 6" away from the cars battery.
