Question1.) How fast is the brew speed? Is it like K Elite where it is basically instant? 2.) Is it quiet? My current Keurig makes a lot of noise during preparation.

- Answer It makes coffee quickly, within a few minutes. I cannot compare it with other machines as I have not used them.

- Answer I recently purchased and have not had this issue. Ensure the ring is seared properly inside the frothier. I have used for coffee, lattes and cappuccino and love it. Ease of handles on both the water reservoir and frothier has been great.

QuestionOn the TOP of the machine there are two buttons. The Shot button and the Latte & Cap button. They both seem to light up when the other is pressed. If they both do the exact same thing then why have two buttons? What's the difference?

- Answer I don't know why you shouldn't be able to use the cocoa pods. I have used reusable cup size pods in it & they work fine.
